A: Paypal has become one of the most popular and secure ways to do business on the internet largely due to the fact that the only people who will have access to your credit card or bank information is Paypal. A. You do not need an account at Paypal to shop on our site. Paypal offers you the fastest and most convenient form for the customer. We also offer you the option pay by money orders or bank draft if you prefer.

Q. Why do you use only Swarovski Crystals rather than cheaper crystal or glass?
A. Although we use Swarovski Crystals we are not affiliated with Swarovski in any way. We choose Swarovski Crystals because they are the best quality and colour available and we believe that you deserve they best. It is the lead in crystals that make it sparkle and reflect colours so much more than plain glass. The higher the lead content – the better the quality of crystal. European crystal must have 4% to qualify as crystal where as American crystal needs only 1% to qualify. Swarovski Crystals has a minimum of 30% lead content – one of the many reasons why they are know worldwide as the very best crystal.

Q. Why does silver Tarnish and What is the best way to extend the life of my jewelry?
A. It is suggested that silver jewelry should be stored in an air tight plastic or wooden container in a room that has a low amount of moisture (not the bathroom or kitchen for instance). Cardboard, paper and some dyes can leach fumes that will damage silver and rubber or latex can actually burn your silver. To protect and extend the life of silver or any of your jewelry a little TLC goes a long way. We recommend taking off all your jewelry before showing or swimming. Protect your jewelry from perfumes and lotions by making them the last thing you put on when getting ready. Clean as needed with a soft cloth like microfiber and avoid harsh cleaners.

Q. Is your jewelry recommended for young children?
A. We do not recommend any jewelry for children under the age of three as small pieces may pose a choking hazard. Some children may take longer depending on their level of development.
